Frequently Asked Questions

Tirzepatide
What is Tirzepatida and what is it used for?

Tirzepatida is an injectable medication used for weight control and in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, helping to reduce appetite and improve glucose metabolism.

It is applied subcutaneously (under the skin), usually once a week, strictly following the dosage indicated by the doctor.

The effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and, in some cases, changes in appetite. They usually subside over time.

It is not suitable for people with a history of pancreatitis, allergies to the drug or serious liver or kidney problems, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.

Results vary, but it is generally possible to see significant weight loss and improved glucose control between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on individual response.

What color should my NAD+ injection solution be?

NAD+ injections are usually transparent. If your solution is yellowish, this may be due to a slight variation in pH. Golden-yellow solutions are still safe to use. If they are dark/maroon, please contact our customer service team and send a photo so that we can help you.

NAD injections have a shelf life of 90 days after preparation in the pharmacy. Potency remains stable if kept refrigerated or frozen. However, after puncturing a multidose vial, it should be discarded after 28 days.

Most patients will notice an increase in energy within an hour or two of the injection. Please note that you should not use NAD+ injections more than 3 times a week.

The injection is administered into a layer of fat on the skin, such as the back of the arm, abdomen or lower back.

You should aspirate the prescribed amount with the insulin needle and syringe provided and then inject it subcutaneously. The recommended dose for general health is to start with 0.1 ml and, as desired, gradually increase to 0.5 ml (100 mg), up to 3 times a week. Each 0.1 ml (10 units) of the solution is equivalent to 20 mg of NAD+. Thus, 0.1 ml (10 units) = 20 mg of NAD+, 0.25 ml (25 units) = 50 mg of NAD+ and 0.5 ml (50 units) = 100 mg of NAD+.
